Terms and Conditions
By accessing or logging into Star8Play’s gaming platform through its websites (including sub-domains or any related URLs registered by Star8Play), you acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by the full Terms of Use as outlined and interpreted below. These Terms of Use shall serve as the primary reference in resolving any potential disputes between Star8Play and its members.

You fully understand, accept, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use outlined herein, which may be amended by us at any time without prior notice or consent.

It is your responsibility to read, review, and understand the Terms of Use along with the Game Rules applicable to each gaming product (as defined by the respective Game Provider) you choose to engage with. Star8Play reserves the right to add or remove any games from its platform at any time without prior notice or consent.
Member’s Account

You must be of legal age, as defined by your local laws, before participating in any activity on Star8Play. We reserve the right to conduct further KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to confirm your age and may suspend your account until appropriate supporting documentation is provided.

By registering a member account, you agree, acknowledge, and consent to Star8Play processing your personal data for the purpose of enabling access to and participation in games, promotions, and payment gateway services offered on the platform.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal and related information such as your mobile number and bank account details is accurate, relevant, and kept up to date in your member account. Failure to do so will be considered a breach of the Terms of Use. Star8Play reserves the right to suspend your account for further investigation, close your account immediately, or forfeit any remaining balance. Non-compliance may also result in withdrawal delays.

You are allowed to maintain only one registered member account on Star8Play. If you are found to have multiple accounts, Star8Play reserves the sole right to suspend all related accounts for investigation, permanently close the accounts, and/or forfeit any balances if it is determined the accounts were created to gain unfair advantages.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member account and password. You must not permit any other individual or third party to access or use your account. All bets placed and accepted through your account will be treated as valid. We recommend that you update your password regularly. Star8Play will not be held liable or provide compensation if your account is compromised due to personal negligence.

You are responsible for keeping your account active. To maintain an active account, you must log in and use the platform at least once within any six (6) month period. If your account remains inactive for six (6) consecutive months or more, we reserve the right to close the account. Any remaining balance may still be available for withdrawal from an inactive account. However, balances in permanently closed accounts will be forfeited and donated to a charitable organization designated by Star8Play.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits made to Star8Play will be credited to your member account once the payment has been received, processed, and verified. You may deposit into your account at any time.

If you use a deposit method for which you are not the named account holder, Star8Play reserves the right to consider such a deposit invalid. Any winnings arising from such a deposit may be declared void.

For your convenience, deposits can be made through the approved Authorized Payment Solutions available within the Star8Play platform. Alternatively, you may make a manual deposit by transferring funds directly to Star8Play’s designated bank account and submitting the deposit slip for verification and processing.

Without an official written endorsement or authorization letter from Star8Play, the appointed Authorized Payment Solutions providers are not permitted to act on behalf of Star8Play this includes receiving funds, advertising, or promoting Star8Play and its services. If funds are mistakenly credited to your account, it is your responsibility to notify Star8Play immediately. Star8Play reserves the right to void any bets placed using such funds and recover the amount via manual adjustment at any time.

Daily limits apply to the number of deposits and withdrawals. You may not submit more than three (3) withdrawal requests within a single day. Repeated or duplicate submissions will count against this lim

The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM30,000 (Ringgit Malaysia: Thirty Thousand Only).

A minimum turnover of at least one (1) time the deposited amount must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed.

Star8Play reserves the right to perform random identity or KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, particularly for high-value withdrawal requests, as part of its due diligence procedures.

If chargebacks, reversals, or other transaction-related costs arise, Star8Play reserves the right to recover the related amounts from you. Your account must not be used for personal fund management activities, including manipulating deposits and withdrawals without reasonable gaming activity. If such actions are detected, Star8Play may deduct an administrative fee, suspend or close your account, and forfeit any remaining balance.

Star8Play operates a robust system to monitor all wagers and transactions closely to ensure they are consistent with legitimate gaming activity and to prevent money laundering. If we have reason to suspect that your account is being used for purposes other than genuine betting such as money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity Star8Play reserves the right to take the following actions:

Return any non-wagered or balance funds to the original deposit source (or, if not possible, to a bank account in your name with an appropriate transaction description);

Withhold withdrawal payments without providing a reason;

Block or permanently close your account without prior explanation;

Continue to suspend or restrict your account in any manner deemed appropriate until satisfactory verification is completed.
Management of Betting Transactions

All wagers are considered final. If a wager is placed or a hand is played using your member account, it is deemed to have been placed by you, and is therefore valid and cannot be cancelled.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed with a Ticket ID or confirmation note for a particular game round, it will remain valid even if you are logged out or disconnected due to technical issues such as poor connectivity or service interruptions.

A Ticket ID or confirmation note is the proof of a valid bet. If no confirmation note or Ticket ID is generated, the bet is considered invalid and not successfully submitted.

Once a bet has been placed, accepted, and recorded, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Star8Play assumes no responsibility for cancelling such bets. If you wish to escalate a concern, you may contact our Customer Service for investigation. Any resolution will be determined solely and reasonably by Star8Play at its discretion.

Star8Play maintains records of all online transactions and betting activities for a period of twelve (12) months for reconciliation purposes, especially in the case of disputes.

Game providers reserve the right to cancel or void a draw or bet in the event of a technical glitch or malfunction—this includes, but is not limited to, software, hardware, or connection issues.

Game providers also reserve the right to void bets if fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise illegal activity is suspected.

If an error occurs (e.g., due to administrative input mistakes or system failure) that results in incorrect odds or settings, the game provider reserves the right to cancel or void affected bets or draws.

Each game provider sets and adheres to its own maximum payout limits. Star8Play does not control and is not responsible for the final payout amounts determined by any game provider.

JVIP, JJ4D, and JJGD reserve the right to void, cancel, or refund tickets before their scheduled Draw Date. Star8Play follows the terms and policies set by each respective provider.

Star8Play closely monitors all sports betting transactions from SBOBET and SABA SPORTS to detect and prevent abnormal, arbitrage, or exploitative behavior. If your betting history contains more than two (2) voided tickets across these providers, Star8Play reserves the right to suspend or immediately close your account. Star8Play accepts no liability, responsibility, compensation, or indemnity in such cases.
Collusion & Abuse Activities

If Star8Play detects the use of unauthorized tools (e.g., plug-ins) or identifies illegal, individual, group, or syndicate betting activities that create unfair advantages or cause harm to the platform, Star8Play reserves the right to cancel related bets and may suspend, block, or close your account at its sole discretion.

If any betting tickets or transactions show signs of irregular behavior such as attempts to manipulate or artificially inflate “Betting Turnover” through arbitrage betting or correlated bets within the same event Star8Play has the right to void those bets and may suspend, block, or close the related account at its absolute discretion.

In cases of illegal group gambling behavior or use of improper methods (e.g., plug-ins) that result in harm to the platform, Star8Play reserves the right to cancel affected bets.

If any game provider notifies Star8Play of suspicious or abnormal activity particularly in games such as live casino blackjack or any other games that may be subject to abuse Star8Play reserves the right to void the affected bets. Immediate action will be taken at the sole discretion of Star8Play. No compensation will be provided, and appeals will not be entertained. Users are solely responsible for their actions.
Handling of System Interruptions & Force Majeure

In the event of external factors such as poor internet connection, connection errors, hardware issues, or other technical disruptions that may result in discrepancies between Star8Play's platform and its databases, the final result or outcome will be based on the most recent and accurate data as recorded in Star8Play’s and its respective game provider’s systems.

In any situation involving force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, hacking attempts, etc.) that leads to data loss or service disruption, please refer to official announcements issued by Star8Play for updates and further instructions.
Administration of the Terms of Use

The English version of the Terms of Use shall serve as the authoritative and accurately interpreted version. In the case of inconsistencies between different language versions, the English version will take precedence at all times.
